Put simply, we’ll get it sorted. Quality is super important to us, so issues are rare. But if something is not right, we’ll arrange for the collection of your mattress and send out a replacement (or repair the existing one). You’re protected like this for 10 years.
This warranty is for faults or product deficiencies, not for normal wear and tear. Every mattress you buy will show some signs of wear after 10 years (in that time you’ll sleep on it for nearly 30,000 hours, if you get a good 8 hours a night). So we might ask you to take a picture or make a measurement to kick start your claim. Sound fair? We hope so.
