You know you have 180-nights to test your Siena out. This starts from the day you receive your new mattress.
Most people love their Siena from night one. But if you’re not immediately in love, we recommend giving it at least 30 days before making a final decision. This is to give you time to adjust to the new mattress – especially important if this is your first memory foam, or you’re upgrading from a tired old mattress.
If after 30 days, and before the 180th day, you decide that it’s not right for you, just get in touch with our customer support team and we’ll start the return process.
